ZETPOINT APP, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the '5D Helicopter - Encyclopedia' mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.   4. When you use our Apps, we may collect additional information by using device identifiers that permit identification of your device. Such information is used for advertising and analytics purposes.

  6. We do not collect any personal information about you through our Apps, with the sole exception of persistent identifiers (such as IDFA, IDFV, Advertising ID, IP address). Persistent identifiers are identifiers that do not identify you personally but may uniquely identify your device. Some legislation (such as US) may treat such information that uniquely identifies your device as personal information.

    We may ask you to submit and we may process other non-personally identifiable information that may be personal to you such as your age range, year of birth and gender, provided that year of birth and gender information is collected solely for users who have passed the age gate in our Apps. We will use such information to personalize the content of the App, and for users who passed the age gate and have not opted out from behavioral advertising we may use such information to display targeted ads. You can opt out from receiving targeted ads by choosing one of the options described in the ''Opt Out'' Section of our Privacy Policy.

    When you voluntarily contact us directly, we may collect information about you that you provide us (such as your name and surname, email address). We will use such contact information only for the purpose for which you provided it to us. We will not share this information with third parties.

    If you wish to delete your contact information that we received from you when you contacted us, please send an e-mail to hello@zpoint.app and your contact information will be deleted from our database.

    Game Notifications

    We have two types of notifications in our Apps - local and push notifications. Local notifications are contextual and sent from the device, whereas push notifications are sent from the server. Push notifications are never sent to users who identified themselves as under 13. We use such notifications to remind you about your activities within the App. You will receive push notifications only if you are subscribed to such notifications in the App. To unsubscribe, please use the instructions provided below:

    We collect push notification tokens for us to be able to determine whether you are subscribed to push notifications. When you decide to unsubscribe from push notifications, such push notification tokens will be deleted from our database.

Retention of Data

ZETPOINT APP will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

ZETPOINT APP will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.
